10 tips for relaxation

- Prayer; praying to God can help you let out your emotions and what you need help with. If you give your life to God then you will receive many blessings.

- Meditation; meditate either on what is bothering you or do yoga and end with a relaxation meditation including breathing exercises.

- Music; listen to Christian and inspiring music to help you relax. Nature sounds help too.

- Read Your Bible; ask God to open your bible to a certain page and read it. When I ask God to open a page for me it usually talks about something I'm going through or something I'm about to go through.
